Can two common drugs save trauma patients from bleeding to death?

Summary
This study tests whether giving calcium before arriving at the hospital and vasopressin early in the hospital can help people with severe bleeding after a traumatic injury. About 1,050 participants will receive either the drugs or a placebo. The main goal is to see if these treatments reduce deaths within 30 days.
