Summary
This study tested whether using cardiac MRI (a type of scan without radiation) can make heart exams safer and more accurate for children with heart failure, heart defects, or who have had a heart transplant. Researchers compared MRI results with standard biopsy and X-ray methods in 113 participants. The goal was to reduce radiation exposure and improve detection of heart problems.
