Summary

This study tests a new treatment called anti-CD19/BCMA universal CAR-T cells for people with severe autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and scleroderma. The therapy aims to reset the immune system by targeting and removing faulty B cells. About 72 adults will receive the treatment in a dose-escalation study to check safety and effectiveness.
