First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment using donor immune cells (CAR-NK cells) that are specially designed to attack cancer. Up to 85 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapy will receive cells targeting one or two specific markers found on their tumor. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink or control the cancer.
