Summary

This study looks at whether stopping cannabis for at least 4 weeks can improve brain cell connections in people with cannabis use disorder. Researchers will use brain scans to measure these connections and test memory before and after quitting. The study involves 51 participants, including both cannabis users and healthy volunteers.
