Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing a new drug called BAY 1895344 when given with standard chemotherapy drugs (cisplatin with or without gemcitabine). The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand the side effects in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread, with a special focus on bladder cancer.
