Summary
This study is testing two new drugs, BI 765049 alone and combined with ezabenlimab, in Asian adults with advanced cancers that have a specific marker called B7-H6. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose patients can tolerate and to see if the treatments cause tumors to shrink. Participants have cancers like stomach, lung, or pancreatic cancer that have progressed despite prior treatment or have no standard treatment options.
