Scientists track inflammation to predict cancer drug side effects

NCT ID NCT05707286

Summary

This study aims to understand when inflammation peaks in the body after starting a common type of cancer immunotherapy. Researchers measured markers in the blood of 98 adults with various cancers to see if these markers could predict side effects or interactions with other medications. The goal is to gather information to help doctors better manage treatment for future patients.
