Summary
This early-stage trial aims to find safe doses and understand side effects of several drug combinations for patients with advanced cancers that haven't responded to standard treatments. The study involves 155 participants with various advanced or metastatic cancers and some rare progressive diseases. Researchers are testing different combinations of existing cancer drugs to see which might be most effective while monitoring how patients tolerate them.
