Summary

This early safety study aims to find the right dose and understand the side effects of a new drug combination for people with advanced solid tumors who also have liver or kidney problems. It tests adding a pill called veliparib to standard chemotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see how the body processes the drugs and to determine the safest dose for patients with different levels of organ function.
