Cancer treatment side effects linked to drug Mix-Ups?
NCT ID NCT07389525
Summary
This study aims to understand why cancer immunotherapy drugs sometimes cause serious side effects. Researchers suspect these drugs might change how the liver processes other medications patients are taking. The study will give 80 cancer patients a special cocktail of safe test drugs before and during their immunotherapy to measure these interactions.
