Summary
This study tests whether using the Calm meditation app for 10 minutes a day can help blood cancer patients who have trouble sleeping. Researchers will track sleep quality, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and inflammation in 276 participants over 20 weeks. The goal is to see if a simple, app-based wellness program can ease these common side effects of cancer.
