First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using the Calm meditation app for 10 minutes a day can help people with blood cancer who have trouble sleeping. About 276 patients will be randomly assigned to one of two app-based wellness programs for 8 weeks, then followed for another 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the app reduces sleep problems, fatigue, anxiety, and inflammation.
