Summary

This study works with clinics in Massachusetts to help people in underserved communities manage weight, get cancer screenings, and improve mental health. It includes 3,600 adults who speak English or Spanish and have obesity, are due for colorectal or cervical cancer screening, or have depression or anxiety. The goal is to see if offering proven programs can reduce health inequities.
