Buddy up! exercise together may boost brain and bond in dementia care

Summary
This study tests a 16-week partner exercise program for people with mild dementia and their family caregivers. The goal is to improve thinking, mood, and the relationship between the pair. About 236 dyads will be recruited from community centers in Hong Kong.
