Summary
This study will follow 2000 adults hospitalized with heart failure in Brazil to understand how they are treated and what happens to them over a year. Researchers want to see if doctors are using the latest recommended medicines and find any barriers to giving the best care. The goal is to learn how to improve treatment and reduce deaths and hospital readmissions.
