Summary
This study will follow 2000 adults hospitalized with acute heart failure in Brazil to learn how they are treated and what happens to them over the next year. Researchers want to see if doctors are using the latest recommended medicines and find out what barriers prevent better care. The goal is to use this information to improve heart failure treatment and reduce deaths.
