NCT ID NCT05732285
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether a personalized program combining talk therapy, brain training exercises, and lifestyle advice is practical and helpful for people with thinking problems from conditions like brain injury, multiple sclerosis, or mild memory loss. The main goal was to see if people could complete the program and if it might help them feel more involved in their community and improve their quality of life compared to usual care.
