Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain responds to a non-invasive stimulation technique (TMS) to potentially improve treatments for arm and hand movement problems after a stroke. Researchers are testing if timing the stimulation to match a person's natural brainwave patterns makes the treatment more effective and consistent. The study involves adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and healthy volunteers over age 50.
