Summary
This study tested whether a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, could shrink tumors in the brain for patients with melanoma or kidney cancer that had spread there. The trial was for patients whose cancer had worsened despite previous immunotherapy. The main goal was to see how well the drug combination controlled the brain tumors.
