New combo attack on brain tumors from spreading cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called azeliragon to a precise form of radiation therapy is safe and more effective at controlling brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. It will involve about 46 adult patients with small brain tumors. The main goal is to see if this combination helps shrink tumors and keeps them controlled for longer than radiation alone might.
