First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study was designed to see if a brain-computer interface (BCI) could help improve attention in children with epilepsy who do not respond to medication. Participants would have had brain electrodes implanted for epilepsy surgery, and the BCI would give them feedback to help them focus. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
