NCT ID NCT07642908

First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at how a specific gene change (LRRK2 mutation) affects brain chemicals in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare 15 participants with the mutation to others without it using brain scans, thinking tests, and movement tests. The goal is to better understand how this genetic form of Parkinson's differs from the more common type.
