New program aims to shield diabetic brains from decline

Summary
This study has two main goals. First, it aims to find out how common memory and thinking problems are in older adults with type 2 diabetes. Second, it will test a 2-year personalized health program designed to slow down cognitive decline. The program combines medication management, lifestyle coaching, and social support for 420 participants.
