First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether giving Botox in one spot inside the bladder works as well as the usual ten injections for women with overactive bladder or urge incontinence. 116 women were randomly assigned to receive either one or ten injections of 100 units of Botox. The main goal was to see if symptoms improved and if patients were satisfied, measured by questionnaires before and after treatment.
