This study looks at whether adding a bone marrow injection to standard knee surgery can improve pain and function for people with cartilage or meniscus injuries. Fifty adults aged 18 to 64 will be randomly assigned to get either the bone marrow injection or a placebo saltwater injection during their procedure.
