First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether adding whole-body vibration sessions to a standard 3-week weight-loss program helps obese teenage boys burn more energy while resting. About 28 boys aged 13-18 will either get the vibration training plus the program or just the program alone. Researchers will also check if vibration improves heart health and muscle function.
