Summary

This study aims to understand how safe current practices are for managing blood thinners in people with cancer who need surgery or medical procedures. Researchers will observe 700 patients to measure how often serious bleeding or dangerous blood clots happen after surgery. The goal is to use this information to improve future care and reduce these risks for patients.
