Summary
This study collects blood samples from 1,000 men with prostate cancer to look for genetic differences that may explain why some cancers stop responding to hormone therapy. Participants give blood at clinic visits, and researchers analyze DNA and other genetic material. No treatment is given—the goal is to better understand how prostate cancer progresses.
