Summary

This study tests whether a technology-assisted block training program can improve thinking skills, hand strength, and dexterity in healthy older adults aged 65 and up. Forty participants will use a special block system and be measured on memory, grip, and fine motor skills. The goal is to see if this fun, low-cost activity can help maintain independence and quality of life.
