Summary
This study tests whether a technology-assisted block training program can improve cognitive function, hand dexterity, and grip strength in adults aged 65 and older. Forty participants will use the program and be assessed on thinking, hand skills, and well-being. The goal is to see if this fun, low-tech activity can help older adults stay sharp and independent.
