Summary

This Phase 1 trial tests a new drug called BL-M07D1 in 280 adults with advanced HER2-positive cancers, including breast, lung, and stomach cancers. The study aims to find safe doses and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. Participants must have tried at least two prior treatments.
