New hope for advanced cancers: experimental drug targets HER2

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M07D1 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called HER2. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 280 adults with cancers like breast, lung, or stomach cancer who have tried at least two other treatments will take part.
