Summary
This study aims to better understand the daily life challenges faced by people with bipolar disorder when their mood is stable. Researchers will observe 50 participants to measure their levels of pain, sleep quality, eating habits, and physical activity. The goal is to gather information that could help improve overall care and quality of life for people managing this condition.
