Summary

This study looks at pain, sleep quality, eating habits, and physical activity in 50 adults with bipolar disorder who are currently stable (euthymic). Researchers will use questionnaires to measure these factors and better understand how they affect quality of life. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to test a new treatment.
