First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looked at 76 people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific gene change (mutant K-ras). They received a combination of chemotherapy (FOLFOX) and a targeted drug (bevacizumab). The main goal was to find biological markers (biomarkers) that can predict how well the treatment works and how long patients live. The study did not aim to cure the disease but to gather knowledge for better future treatments.
