First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study follows 650 people with early Parkinson's disease or a sleep disorder called iRBD to track how the disease progresses over time. Researchers use brain scans, heart tests, and spinal fluid samples to find markers that predict changes in movement, thinking, and daily life. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
