New study tests biofeedback for lasting back pain relief

NCT ID NCT07463729

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether adding biofeedback to standard back exercises can reduce pain and improve balance, movement, and quality of life in people with chronic low back pain. About 110 adults aged 30 to 65 with ongoing pain will be split into two groups: one doing stabilization exercises with biofeedback and one without. Researchers will check results after 8 weeks of treatment and again 3 months later to see if any benefits last.
