Summary
This Phase 2 trial compares a new drug, BGM0504, to the existing weight-loss drug tirzepatide in 90 adults with obesity (BMI 35-45) who do not have diabetes. Participants will receive one of the two drugs for 26 weeks to see which leads to greater weight loss and improvements in health measures like waist size and blood pressure. The study is currently recruiting.
