First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a training method that briefly restricts blood flow to the leg muscles can help reduce knee pain in people with hemophilia. Twelve participants will try both the real blood flow restriction training and a sham version to compare effects. The goal is to see if this approach can improve pain and quality of life without causing harm.
