Summary
This study looks at how the body processes antibiotics in people with a serious heart infection called endocarditis. Researchers will collect blood samples from 150 patients at four Swedish hospitals to measure drug levels. They will build a computer model to predict the best dose for each patient, aiming to make treatment safer and more effective.
