Summary
This study tests a simple behavioral relaxation method to improve sleep in pregnant women with insomnia. About 20 women in their second or third trimester will practice the technique and track their sleep quality and wake time using a diary. The goal is to see if this easy, drug-free approach can help them fall asleep faster and wake less at night.
