Summary
This pilot study tests a new 12-week group therapy program called BEAR-SI for women aged 18-75 who have experienced interpersonal trauma and currently have suicidal thoughts. The program combines psychological skills, education about trauma, and physical self-defense training. The study aims to see if the program is feasible and whether it can improve coping confidence and reduce suicidal thinking.
