New pacing method may boost heart function in Hard-to-Treat patients

Summary
This study tests a new heart pacing method (LOT-CRT) against the standard one (BiVP) in 86 heart failure patients with a specific type of heart block. The goal is to see if the new method better preserves heart pumping function. Participants will be followed for at least 6 months.
