This study followed 46 obese men who had weight-loss surgery (gastric banding, bypass, or sleeve gastrectomy) to see how it affected their sperm quality. Researchers measured sperm count and other fertility-related factors before and after surgery. The goal was to learn whether bariatric surgery can improve fertility in obese men.
