This study tests whether special balance exercises or sensory retraining better improve walking and stability in people with diabetic nerve damage. 80 adults aged 40-75 with diabetes and nerve problems will be randomly assigned to one of two training programs. Both groups also receive standard care. The goal is to find which approach reduces fall risk and improves daily function.
