Summary
This study tests a digital program called AYA STEPS for adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. The program helps manage symptoms like pain, fatigue, and emotional distress, and encourages engagement with recommended follow-up care. About 260 participants who have completed active cancer treatment will use the program and report their experiences.
