Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called attapulgite can help people with obesity or overweight with type 2 diabetes lose weight safely. Forty participants will take either attapulgite or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in BMI, weight, and body fat.
