Summary
This study tests whether the Ask Me 3® educational program, which encourages patients to ask three key questions during doctor visits, can improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the program plus standard care or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the program leads to better HbA1c levels after three months.
