Summary
This study tests a weekly injection called survodutide in 120 adults with chronic kidney disease and high protein in their urine. The goal is to see if it can safely lower urine protein levels and protect kidney function over 36 weeks. Participants must already be on standard blood pressure or diabetes medications.
