This study aims to develop an artificial intelligence-based model to predict serious outcomes in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD), such as disease progression, kidney failure, or death. Researchers will follow over 1,100 adults with moderate CKD in Vietnam for two years, using routine blood and urine tests and health information to train and compare several machine learning algorithms.
