Summary

This early study tests a single injection of ART002g1 in 24 adults with inherited high cholesterol (HeFH) who need lower LDL levels. The injection uses gene editing to turn off a liver gene (PCSK9) that raises cholesterol. The main goal is to check safety and how well it lowers cholesterol.
