Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week aquatic high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can improve balance, physical function, and muscle health in people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty-six participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's will do water-based Tabata-style exercises three times a week or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if this type of exercise is safe, doable, and helpful for managing symptoms.
